Stuart utilizes data-driven insights to inform recommendations and create innovative solutions to solve problems in both teaching and product development. Stuart began his teaching career in January of 2019. As an educator, Stuart has successfully utilized data from assessments to make informed decisions on instructional practices for his students. Stuart is skilled in developing and analyzing assessments using psychometrics. Stuart's lessons are designed with each of his students' needs in mind. His lessons provide students with the modifications and extensions that they need, to be successful as they engage with the standards-based curriculum. Stuart has received the Teachers Who Rock Award for the class of 2021. This award was in partnership with the New Jersey Education Association. He is passionate about innovation. Stuart has created his own product development firm. He is focused on creating innovative products that best meet the needs of every individual. He uses data insights on various markets to determine where needs are for innovation. Stuart is skilled in the prototyping process of product development. Specifically, he is skilled with 3D prototyping practices that utilize CAD drawings to create renditions of products. He is looking to expand his network of fellow product developers in the open innovation space. Stuart is an active Volunteer Firefighter in his community. As a firefighter, Stuart has developed the skills of First Aid, CPR/AED, motor vehicle extrication, interior firefighting tactics, car fire suppression, and other emergency situational skills.
