My role spans strategy, execution, and leadership. I work closely with CISOs, founders, and security leaders to help them build high-impact teams across the security spectrum. I also lead key client partnerships, executive search projects, and hard-to-fill leadership hires.

Internally, I’m responsible for setting the company’s direction, growing the team, and making sure we deliver the highest standard of search in the industry. That includes overseeing operations, refining process, mentoring our recruiters, and making sure we stay ahead of the curve in how we engage the security community.
