As a Senior Account Strategist, I directly manage client relationships and am the main point of contact for clients. I’m responsible for setting and managing strategy, in collaboration with clients, and overseeing all projects, media buying, and relationships internally to accomplish and exceed goals. As a senior member of the strategy team, I work with some of Eboost's largest and/or most important accounts, leading the team with in-depth experience and knowledge of our services.

At Eboost Consulting, I deliver first-in-class Account Strategy and Media Buying services to our clients. I'm proud to work with various eCommerce/D2C and Lead Generation clients. I also work as a Marketing Manager for the agency, working directly with key stakeholders on various tactics and strategies to market Eboost and generate client leads. As Marketing Manager, my most significant initiative to date was directly managing and leading a re-brand for the agency, including updating all client-facing documentation and a web design overhaul.

MedTech Startup with Pet focus // Vetted PetCare is an in-home veterinary practice revolutionizing the way that pets receive medical and wellness care. 

As part of the Vetted PetCare marketing team, I was responsible for growth, acquisition, and brand management in paid and organic social channels. Revenue generation tactics that I directly managed include content marketing, direct response ads, retargeting ads, lead generation, employee recruitment ads, and building various social media marketing funnels. 

My duties and responsibilities included, but weren't limited to:

- Developing and implementing strategy and management for the following paid social channels with strict CPA goals and careful attention to growing LTV: Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora.
- Regularly exploring and implementing tests on additional paid social networks.
- Managing communications and consumer-facing messaging on all organic social posts.
- Developing and managing the organic social strategy. This includes maintaining the editorial calendar, creating posts to adhere to brand guidelines, working with editorial team members to develop content, and regularly re-addressing strategy as priorities shift.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to discuss overall marketing strategy and growth opportunities.

Growth Marketing Manager, Paid & Organic Social

Petco

Petco is the nation’s second-largest pet retailer with over 1400 locations and an expansive digital footprint. 
After working as the social media lead for PetCoach for 6 months, I was promoted to the organic social media lead for the Petco brand channels. 

During my time managing the Petco organic social media, I was responsible for brand voice, organic social strategy, social media content, and execution on all owned social media channels.

Here are some things I was proud to accomplish during my time as the organic social media lead at Petco:
- Increased Petco Instagram followers 51,000 from March-November 2018 via organic strategy.
- Increased Petco Facebook followers 27,000 organically over 5 days and achieved the largest organic reach on a single post in company history at that time (8.2M).
- Planned, produced, and directly managed the creation of both live and recorded informative videos on Facebook, earning over 5.4M organic views March-October 2018 for Petco.
- Worked closely with internal and external teams to create regular digital content activations to promote core Petco values, such as Petco Foundation Friday, Pit Bull Awareness Month, and DIY Recipe videos.

Social Media Manager & Content Manager - Petco

PetCoach is a digital services platform that engages pet parents at the most critical and significant entry point in their pet’s life: healthcare. Offering telemedicine consultations, free answers from veterinary experts on PetCoach's forum, a wide variety of informative content based on pet health concerns, and interactive social media offerings. 

As the Social Media + Content Manager for PetCoach, I was proud to have accomplished many things, including the points outlined below. 

- Doubled Facebook fans from 65k to 130k from August to December 2017.
- Planned, produced, and directly managed the creation of both live and recorded informative videos on Facebook, earning over 300k views (132.6k minutes) August-December 2017 as part of overall video strategy. Co-starred in live videos along with PetCoach's Chief Veterinarian, Dr. Christie Long. 
- Increased site traffic from Facebook 658% from August to September 2017; increased site traffic from Facebook 129% from September to October 2017. 
- Created, managed, and monitored paid social media on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. 
- Was responsible for representing PetCoach within the Petco family of brands, creating content partnerships with Doctors Foster and Smith, The Petco Foundation, and Petco.com's social media teams. 
- Created, planned, and executed the social media and content strategies for PetCoach based upon Petco company-wide marketing initiatives and content strategies.

Social Media Manager & Content Manager - PetCoach

Leaf Group

Cuteness.com is a website for pet lovers with 4M monthly visitors and the #3 ComScore in the Pets & Animals category. 

As part of the editorial team, I was responsible for content brainstorming and creation at every level: article, image, video. Created and implemented the social media strategy for brand awareness and web traffic based on: A/B testing, data sources (e.g.. GA, Facebook Insights), community trends. Managed budget for the paid strategy to increase web traffic and increase fans/followers. Generated audience based contests and giveaways to increase engagement and following. Produced, directed, and appeared in monthly Facebook Live videos. Managed and created social content/brand awareness relationships with business partners and internet properties.

During my time at Cuteness.com, I was proud to complete the following achievements: 

- Increased Facebook Fans: 210,000 (Oct. 2015) to 900,000+ (May 2017) with organic/paid strategy.
- Increased social traffic to site from ~8% (Oct. 2015) to ~30% (April 2017).
- Facebook video strategy yielded 6+ videos with over 1M views; 3+ videos with over 6M views.
- Produced, directed, and starred in Facebook Live video at The Aquarium of the Pacific, later featured on KTLA’s evening news.
- Awarded Official Honoree designation from The Webby Awards in the Web: Community category for 2016.

During this time, Cuteness was rebranded from a community first site for pet owners to a content-first site for pet owners and animal lovers. 

I directly contributed to the branding revision process, growth strategy and development, social media and digital growth, and editorial initiatives and campaigns.  

I was promoted to Social Media Manager for Cuteness April 2017.

During my time as a Marketing Coordinator at Leaf Group for Cuteness.com, I was an essential member of a small team that helped propel this property from a small, niche website within the company's internal incubator to an immensely valuable property. Due to my direct contributions to the growth of Cuteness, I was promoted to Senior Social Media Specialist in July 2016 and Cuteness was selected from the company's internal incubator to be fully developed by Leaf Group (then, Demand Media).

PawPack is a monthly subscription box for pet lovers with a focus on sustainability and health.
PawPack has since been acquired by PetGiftBox.

During my time at PawPack, I developed the brand’s content and social strategy, voice, and KPIs. Additionally, I managed, reported on, and analyzed an extensive influencer network of over 200 Instagram influencers. 

Additionally, I assisted in elevating and promoting the brand whenever possible, including but not limited to:
- Attending Global Pet Expo 2015 on behalf of PawPack.
- Managing the brand's Instagram account with over 200k followers.
- Negotiating and established product discounts in exchange for creating content for and initiating marketing campaigns.
