Marketing Results-driven professional, with over 13 years of experience, I've honed my skills in delivering effective and measurable strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in both B2C and B2B, but also building and managing efficient marketing teams. I have practical knowledge of bidding methodologies, experience with ad exchanges, ad-management platforms, and SSPs from both publisher's and advertiser's side. I have successfully onboarded, trained, and led a performance oriented team that grew recurring annual ad spending to £6M while maintaining KPIs. Innovation My journey began at 15 when I bootstrapped my first project, an online platform and community for console gamers. This early experience ignited a passion for innovation and business development. At 25, I was honored to win the Startup Awards Slovakia and was featured in the Forbes 30 under 30 list the following year. I've co-founded STEMI (med-tech for hospitals/EMS crews), Wolfhouse (the first coliving space for teams), and NextRetreat (team travel tech).
