Co-founded icareheal with one of my schoolmates, with a mission to enable doctors to deliver primary care in a hybrid, seamless, personalized manner. Intrapreneurship to entrepreneurship, edtech to healthtech - This is how I define my current shift. The shift is also inspired by readings from Jim Collins where he talks about Darwin Smith, CEO of Kimberly Clark, deciding to "sell off the mills". Worked with the 3 large global education companies Pearson, Cengage, and MHE and a listed Ed-tech company CL Educate in the past. Few key achievements include - Cengage: Leadership in JEE/NEET content market (drove from idea stage) in 5 years - CL Educate: Acquisition of ACCESS Publishing and scaling it up to 7x in 18 months - Pearson: Portfolio creation with high impact creators for 4 largest test prep markets within 30 months Being customer and team-obsessed is what has helped me throughout my journey. A third thing that I realized post embracing entrepreneurship is my ability to manage finances. This is already helping in the new role. I am looking forward to the exciting and challenging journey ahead.
