Yes, I meant ‘Top’ when I wrote it. Amidst these challenges, growing, expanding, and scaling up the organization's business becomes much more cumbersome. Additionally, the global business scenario brings in many culturally diversified bottlenecks for the leaders to grow ahead. Such pressure brings in many inner conflicts leading to interpersonal and organizational conflicts. The coaching sessions come up with actions that the clients commit based on 'where' they are at the moment - the presence - makes all the difference and provides assurance. We co-create the Vision, Goals, Strategy Roadmap, KPIs, KRAs, milestones, and measurable outcomes. With my strong expertise and rich experience, I coach CXOs, and executive leaders to grow, manage 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒔 and 𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔. Later, I moved to the USA and volunteered for 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒑, California. My Entrepreneurship journey started in the USA in 2009. 𝑨 𝑪𝑿𝑶 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒆 𝑾𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒏 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉, a Content Writer to a Personal Branding Strategist, the journey led me to register my company 𝑺𝑳𝑵 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒐 𝑳𝑳𝑷 in 2016.
