Agile Business Analyst - Financial Crime Change Program

Responsibilities:
•	Understand and analyse the Payments and Services in the context of government agency
•	Understand and analyse the ‘as is’ mainframe system and legislated policies to define relevant specifications and processes
•	Define and gain client approval on a product backlog that accurately reflects the requirements, the ‘as is’ solution, and supports the ‘to be’ architecture and client objectives

Lead Consultant - Business Analysis (Services Australia I Australian Government )

Responsibilities:
•	Elicitation of Know Your Customer (KYC) & Know Your Business (KYB) functional requirements based on Compliance set out by AUSTRAC.
•	Market/competitor bake-off for the following solutions/technologies, Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS), Account Aggregation (Open banking) and ID/identity verification.
•	Define the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for banking app and banking products like Business Transaction Account, Consumer Pre-paid cards, Account Aggregation & Payments (both in & out).
•	Draft and compile stories in the form of Master Story List for various features on the Banking app.
•	Support Service Designers and UX designers with development of Customer Journeys, User flows and wireframes.
•	Data analysis to develop a ‘Voucher Delivery Profile’ based on time taken between the Cheque collection outlets (4300 outlets across AU) to their processing units (5 units) to ensure the Cheques are process within the 24hr span.
•	Developed end-to-end As-Is and To-Be value chain for the biller’s payment solution.
•	User story elaboration containing Acceptance criteria for the Secure Pay onboarding solution.
•	Developed As-Is and To-Be Business Process for Onboarding eCommerce customers to the Payment Gateway and Acquiring Merchant services.
•	Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Daily Stand-up, Backlog grooming, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning etc…

Responsibilities: 
•	Driving and Planning the BA approach (BA Plan) to ensure the project team is aware of the activities, deliverables and timelines from a Business Analysis perspective.
•	Facilitate inception-level workshops using tools like process maps (As-Is and To-Be) to elicit requirements.
•	Simplify complex processes by functional decomposition to organise the User Stories into epics and themes.
•	Collaborate with the project team involving Product Owner/s and Program Manager to ensure the requirements in the product backlog are defined, designed and deliver sufficient value (MVP) before adding them to the release pipeline. 
•	Conduct Backlog Grooming, Story Estimation and Sprint Planning sessions with the project team to streamline stories for the forthcoming sprint.
•	Facilitate solution-level workshops to elaborate User stories with Acceptance Criteria’s, Field Matrices, Data Dictionary, State Flow Diagram and Wireframes for the build/development phase.
•	Support the development and testing teams (SIT & UAT).
•	Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Daily Stand-up, Story Kickoffs, Retrospectives, Showcases etc...

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
•	Workshopped to elicit and analyse business and system requirements to produce Stakeholder, Solution and Non Functional (NFR) Requirement documents. These documents consisted of As-Is and To-be process maps, Use Cases consisting of Use case models, Business Rules, Wireframes etc.
•	Authored the Business Process Impact documents (Process Definition Document), which were used to communicate the business operations process changes.
•	Developed Stakeholder Matrix which maps the level of stakeholder influence against the level of stakeholder interest. This analysis is important in identifying all possible sources of requirements and proper change communication plans are designed.
•	Identified, analysed and mitigated business process risks via Business Risk Impact Analysis and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
•	Developed Change Management plan to assist the Business Process Owner in designing and estimating the scale of the change effort, mobilising the will to change and gaining the buy-in.

Business Analyst (Group Payments)

Responsibilities:
•	Conducted workshops to understand existing System and Business processes relating Payment Life cycle and Customer Registration.
•	Analysed the new requirements by referencing Business Requirement Document (BRD), System Requirement Document (SRD) and Current State Processes to produce future state process diagrams using tools like Websphere Business Modeler (WBM) and iGrafx.
•	Facilitated workshops to confirm the Future state process flows.
