With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I founded Velocida Private Limited to help organisations attract, engage, and develop talent and create an employer brand. Velocida is a boutique HR consulting firm that offers innovative and customized solutions for various HR challenges and goals, such as performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

As a certified POSH trainer and consultant, I have a passion for building a culture based on trust and accountability, and ensuring a safe and respectful work environment for all. I have successfully conducted POSH audits and trainings for multiple clients across various sectors and geographies, such as IT, retail, and edtech. I am also a leadership and life skills coach, who empowers individuals and teams to achieve their full potential and align their personal and professional goals. I believe in developing human resources holistically, not just in one field.
