Duties -responsibilities:-
•Prepare morning reports for Director of housekeeper.
•Assigns room to room attendant and support the overall day-to-day efficiency of the housekeeping operation.
• Answers to all housekeeping call facilities the operating and administration efficiency of the department.
•Great interpersonal skills and build close relationship with all departments especially IRD, engineers & front office.
• Organizing the housekeeping office with a attractive creativity.
• Store analysis weekly & inventory to be updated.
• Taking surety that request delivered on time.
All the housekeeping task records kept updated.
Preparing next day allocation makeing sure sufficient staff available.

Housekeeping operation

-Take proper handover from AM & PM shift OT.
- Answers the call as per the hotel standard. 
-Prepare a take sheet by the opera. 
-Cheking duty manager reports. P2P, Arrival, departure, 
-Well maintating all the necessary files. 
-Handling guest requests /special guest amenities. 
- Well Handling various master and sub master keys. 
-Well handling lost & found items. 
-Taking care about OOO & OOS coordinate with superiors.

- Comfortable talking and engaging with guest in person.
- Giving a unique guest experience.
- Well experience to handling guest issues.
-Making extra comfortable & memorable stay.

 HK Runner

-Cleans and sanitizes hotel and guest rooms.
-Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets, and rugs.
-Makes beds and changes linens.
-Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks.
-Replenishes toiletries and towels.
-Empties trash receptacles.
