- Monitored and optimized performance of more than 100 artiﬁcial lift systems based on real-time data by identifying issues and taking remedial actions to troubleshoot it. 
- Managed team of ﬁeld technicians, coordinating cross-functionally across asset to ensure smooth operation of artiﬁcial lift systems with more than 90% uptime consistently for three years, in a row. 
- Worked on bechmarking system uptime for artiﬁcial lift systems across the asset. 
- Recognized with 'Going Extra Mile' and multiple 'Pat-on'the-back' awards for various actions to improve surveillance of artiﬁcial lift systems. 
- Developed and deployed Power BI based solution for quicker identiﬁcation of sick artiﬁcial lift wells based on real-time sensor data. The solution was recognized across the organization as a pioneering step.

Senior Petroleum Engineer - Rajasthan asset

- Established an Excel based database of around 100 progressive cavity pumps across the asset for failure analysis.
- Assisted in monitoring real-time ﬁeld performance of the PCPs. 
- Worked proactively as a part of the team that planned and executed work-over jobs using a rod unit after demonstrating its feasibility to concerned stakeholders. This resulted in exceeding the target work-over job count in that year.

Petroleum Engineer - Rajasthan asset

- Carried out a study to analyse frequent coiled tubing failures at well-site. Identiﬁed possible reasons for the failures and suggested remedial measures for it.
- Simulated and analysed jet pump performance using Prosper software and based on that proposed jet pump conﬁguration to be installed for optimum production. 
- Played a key role in implementation of an idea generation campaign to gather ideas from across the organisation for reducing well construction cost by 30%.

Graduate Engineering Trainee

Reliance Industries Limited

-Prepared well design for 10 horizontal wells in Marcellus Shale prospect
-Carried out simulation of drilling hydraulics for the wells and proposed an optimum drilling plan based on it. Also, contributed to selection of completion design for the wells.
