I am responsible for growing revenue in the existing key accounts, maintaining a healthy Gross margin, and also acquiring new clients to meet the revenue targets. This responsibility calls for building trust and relationships with the client across depts (IT, PMO, Business, Digital, CyberSecurity), and leadership levels. Our core offering is focused on AI-led Managed services, Product Engineering, AIOps & and Cyber Security services.   I engage with clients and prospects to understand their IT investment priorities accordingly positioning our capabilities and value proposition to gain their trust and confidence to work with us.  My role requires working closely with teams across the org from the senior management, Marketing, Pre-sales, SME, Delivery team, Talent Acquisition, and Product managers.  I have to also closely work with solution partners to get new opportunities, participate in events and jointly address the opportunities.

Key Account Management , Sales & Customer Success (AVP - CSM)

I joined GAVS in 2014 as Business Manager.  My primary responsibility was to grow the business in Oman focusing on BFSI and Oil & Gas verticals.  I was successful in increasing the revenue from US $ 1.4 to US $ 3.6 Mn from BFSI and Oil and gas vertical. I got elevated to the role of AVP Sales, which was equal to the role of a Country Manager. I was overall responsible for the growth of the geo from revenue and margin perspective. Our focus was on getting recurring annuity businesses through Managed Services, Infrastructure support, Cyber Security, AIOPs, ADM, Testing Services and staffing from all key verticals Banking, Govt, O&G. I humbly thank all my clients, especially Bank Muscat, NBO, Bank Sohar, Bank Dhofar, BP, Salalah Port, OQ, Qatar Foundation, Duqm port and all others who supported me and gave me the opportunity to serve them and also in the process learn so much from them.
