Sudha holds space and conducts Healing Retreats to help leaders survive and thrive in the current complex and stressful environment. She integrates creativity, art, music, theatre and mindfulness in her work. Her work with energy, stress management and healing has empowered many. Practicing Meditation and Reiki is a way of life for Sudha for the past 30 years. Energy alignment, Mind-Body-Energy Healing with Lifestyle Coaching is her passion. She is certified in the practice of Psycho Drama and uses it in Healing and Coaching. The past few years, she has been supporting people globally and virtually too through her program on MIND BODY WELLNESS. She has now moved in full time into the healing space to work with individuals and groups. Holding space for Students, teachers, Principals and parents to re-invent communication through Emotional Intelligence is her current offering. Sudha began her career as a journalist, taught Management students, co-founded WISDOM CONSULTING in 1995. She piloted World Bank (HR intervention in Government Hospitals) in India and has also facilitated a number of Leadership Labs for core leadership teams. Training Leadership to go through transformation during transitions has been a core area of work. Sudha's Consulting career spans over 30+ years. She has been a Trainer, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Mentor. She has been Coaching a large number of leaders from various walks of life to grow and perform in various roles with renewed enthusiasm and vigor. Her work is with personal transformation and her core competence has been in challenging and supporting individuals to discover themselves and their higher purpose and arrive at their vision and goals. She sees an organization as an organism and has facilitated top teams to arrive at their vision and strategy and to be able to align the individual and organizational vision for long term synergy. She is trained as a Reiki Grand Master in the Usui System by Shingo Sakuma, a Japanese Zen Master. Masters trained by her have been practicing in Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, UAE, USA and Canada. Her training in Psychodrama was under the able guidance of Dr Jochen. She plans to train many more in the art of facilitation and coaching using Energy Dynamics. Sudha is a certified Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach by CCL, Mckinsey and CFI . Sudha is also certified to be on the Advisory Board of SPOs and looks forward to contribute meaningfully in the area of social development.
