• Build PMO Charter for Technology Division at Myntra and Jabong.
• Drive and Deliver Programs for the Store Front Technology Division at Myntra and Jabong which cut across other functional divisions such as Supply Chain, Growth Hack, BI and Data Science, some of them as below:
- Ratings & Reviews Solutions - Building a user-generated ratings and reviews system only for specific article types. Customers will be able to rate and see ratings only for specific ATs.
- PLA - Advertising Options for the retailers on the pages
- 2FA Solution for the Loyalty Points / GC / Wallets based transactions to avoid fraudulence
- 'Size & Fit' solutions (AI based personalised size recommendations and sizing attribute extraction, size chart experience, product cataloging for sizing attributes and verification during inwards at warehouse). Introduced industry first user profile based size recommendation solution - Myntra Fit Assist 
- Manage High Revenue Sale Day Events periodically which requires a sincere effort to verify that the systems are working up-to the expectations of the load requirements which can go up to 50X of average daily load that BAU Systems handle.
• Defining, Implementing and Improving the process framework by adopting to Agile that fits the engineering program and delivery model at Myntra and Jabong.
