Paras International S.A. is an International trading company based in Luxembourg in business since 1990. The company had become a well know global player in imaging products, importing – exporting to and from various counties around the world. 

With extensive experience gained over many years, the company ventured into trading of grains, pulses, vegetable oils and fertilisers. It has its own set up in Ukraine along with another office in Amsterdam. This is supplemented by reliable supply from direct sources and trustworthy customer base, thereby constantly meeting the challenges of the current competitive business market.

Sudhir, Managing Director of Paras International, now a Luxembourg national, originally from India, has been living in Luxembourg for over 40 years.
After having worked as a Senior Officer in an International Bank for over 11 years in Luxembourg, Sudhir started his business career as the Managing Director of Paras International SA, using Luxembourg as a logistic hub and successfully dealing in the global trade of imaging products for over 20 years.
He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Imetris Corporation, USA, a Michigan based IT consulting firm catering to the knowledge based service sectors.
He is the Founder and the past President (from 2009 to 2015) of the Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg.
He is the Ex-President of the Indian Association of Luxembourg.
He is professionally qualified in banking, business and entrepreneurship. 
His views to be a winner in life and successful in business are to do right things in the right way, learn how to give and share, have a positive attitude, be an asset, believe in creation and distribution of wealth and be self-motivated.

Paras International S.A. is an International trading company based in Luxembourg in business since 1990. The company had become a well know global player in imaging products, importing – exporting to and from various counties around the world.

Over a decade ago Imetris Corporation started its operations in the United States as an IT Consultancy firm focusing on Staff Augmentation of highly skilled IT Consultants, on-site and off shore software development and BPO operations. Later it opened its office in Mumbai as Radical Technologies Pvt Ltd and collaborated with a well know IT Training Institute. Following its success in United States, it started its operations in Luxembourg focusing on the knowledge based service sector with a combination of both IT and non-IT services.
