The application is a time saver for people who get frustrated waiting in lines for support calls to various service providers in an IVR system. Primarily built for the people in the UK including options to call the providers in that region. I worked as a Scrum master initially and later transitioned to a product owner role on the product.

Q4Me

This application started as a pet project to experiment and gauge the online readiness of the people and food/restaurant businesses in Pokhara. It has now grown to a team of more than 10 people with 100 plus restaurants and 5000 plus users from Pokhara. I worked as a product manager and defined strategy and release plans. I also evaluated ideas and prioritized features on the app. I am responsible for building and sharing strategic roadmaps as well as analyzing and reporting on development progress. I am also responsible for product planning, delivery, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. We have a delivery tracking application in place to help the delivery boys pick up and deliver food packages that complements this core product. We have also listed our platform in the bug bounty platform www.bugv.io to assess security risks so that our user's data and platform's security risks are constantly addressed by the development team. The covid 19 scenario boosted online activity among people but we plan to keep improving our platform so that we can provide value to our customer base as well as food businesses in the locality through our application.

Pokhara Food Delivery -

This app is for then Pokhara Green Mart Pvt Ltd now Bhadrakali Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. to keep track of its customers. It is used to manage customers' data like details & payment history. Employees of Bhadrakali Waste use it to digitally register new customers, record payments made for waste management & maintain records of receipt books. The current version of this app is intended for use by employees of Bhadrakali Waste only. We plan to bring the customer version of the app in the future. The system also has a web version of the dashboard for admins. I am working as a product manager for this project.

Waste Management Application - Customer Tracking System

I worked as a product manager in the development of the entertainment club's ERP software. The ERP comprised club membership management, NFC-based card transactions, POS-based accounting, inventory management, slot booking, reporting, and mobile applications for customers. I was responsible for translating business requirements to technical specifications and helped the development team understand the goal behind building the system features. I also helped prioritize what features to build in the ERP and why. I manged the rodamap of product development and oversaw releases of new builds.

I worked as a project manager for the development and launch of an e-commerce site for Mint Fabrics. I was responsible for managing the timeline, scope, and budget of the project. I also contributed to the maintenance of the e-commerce site. We were the first e-commerce store to have an online business in Pokhara back in 2015.

We built a web/mobile application for recommending tv series and movies based on the watch history of the user using rudimentary form of recommendation engine. It also displayed total hours watched for a particular user. This was done a a 3 credit course work as Major Project work for Software Engineering Degree.

We built an online book store management web application with options to buy books online , deliver it to a location and also provide ratings and reviews on the books as well as the stores on which they are available. One could compare same books on different physical store on our application and decide where to by it from. It could also be used as a book inventory management tool by the stores.

I contribute financially per event for Merit Pokhara's events as a sustaining member of Merit Pokhara. I also help in the Tech domain for the team to the best of my ability to achieve team goals. I also offer technical trainings when feasible.
