#Every day, I wake up thankful for the opportunity to work with GREAT TEAMS: At BridgeAsia, we genuinely care about our client's customers, our client's people, our client (the business), our partners' people, our partner (the business), our people, and ourselves (the business) in that order GREAT CLIENTS: At BridgeAsia, we have been lucky; our clients have been the largest and most successful companies and public service entities in their country, region, or the world. They have used many consulting firms and teams, and continue to use us. We are truly honored GREAT PARTNERS: At BridgeAsia, we believe in developing our people; we find world-class people and partner companies to work with our people, so that our people learn from the "best". On their own initiative and time, many of our team members also "give back" by coaching and developing talent, not only for our team, but in the broader academic and professional community in the countries we operate #Over time, I have unlearned from managing the “black line” (e.g., excellent academic success, great business performance, good people relationships) and learned (and still learning) to manage the “white space” (e.g., poor business performance, soured relationships). Now, I truly believe we are not shaped by our successes, but rather how we accept, adapt, and recover from our failures #Going forward, my focus are continuing to personally (un)learn more, sharing my (very limited) experiences, and helping build a new generation of leaders who are better at recovering from failures, AND have better odds at successfully realizing their passion, whatever it may be
