As the Business Development Director, I was responsible for the business development, regional sales management, channel distribution, and application & service support for five world areas, and managed a $1M portfolio of 300 client relationships across Israel, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S. I outlined the long-term vision and goals for each account, mapped with short-term strategies and action plans to achieve the goals, and led the management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.

I provided market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs and generated product development ideas. I was responsible for increasing sales revenues, exceeding targeted goals, developing profitable & productive business relationships, and building an extensive client base with the distinction of accomplishing a multi-fold revenue increase. 

Furthermore, I designed and implemented the strategy that fulfills the objectives, maximizes revenues, profits, and market share of the company while streamlining overall operations pertaining to business development and sales. I worked with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals, as set by senior management, and ensured that the business growth strategies are met.

I led the development and sale of fundraiser sponsorship packages for partner events and conferences, coordinated deliverables and deadlines, and managed budgets valued at $50K-$500K.

I managed sales leads to ensure the attainment of all established quotas and exceeded quotas by 34% to 56% over eight months. 

Furthermore, I partnered with installation managers in coordinating all home shows events and in-store display logistics and oversaw the installation and maintained in-store signage and promotional materials. I was also involved in training and building a strong team of performers across different functional domains and implemented the best practice in marketing techniques throughout the department. I planned & conceptualized various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes and profitability.
