I have worked with a start-up earlier in a leadership role and managed multiple verticals at the same time, which included recruitment, business development, account management, and operations. I have also facilitated on the job training for newly hired employees during my association with American Express India Pvt. Ltd. where I worked in the capacity of a Master Credit Analyst and a Job Content coach as well.
