-Work with USA companies Kysor Warren, KPS Global , Target, Johnson-Borrow, CT 
-Day to day activities include Data entry , communication thorough emails, phone , resolving issues.
-Manage receiving, issuing and dispatching stock, and handling communication between Customers  and warehouses
-Handles the operations for all the warehouses in USA and Canada under team Project Logistics Group.
-Direct the freights from USA companies to respective storage facilities.
-Responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock. 
-Ensures proper documentation not limiting to classification, sorting, filing and archiving. 
-Handle inquiries from departments, suppliers, customers, colleagues and management etc. 
- Accurately documents any exceptions to the receipt of product, within 24 hours or before (damage shortages, overages, etc.)
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; identifying the problem and/or concerns, providing solutions or alternatives, expediting correction or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution
-Maintain the updated inventory in the traffic tech’s database 
- Perform and direct the warehouses to release the particular freight by providing them with the instructions 
-Work with new storage requests and confirm the storage space for the specific freights prior to shipping. 
-Collecting the Storage and handling cost for the invoicing purposes

•	Complete Claim logs and moving damaged , defective items to claims

•	Offering assistance to customers in assuring that their orders should complete in an efficient and in a timely manner.

•	General office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and data entry.
•	Act as a first contact with the customers, answering generic inquiries and taking messages.
•	Provide the real tie scheduling report by booking appointments and preventing the conflicts.
•	Order office supplies and maintain the inventory
•	Manage customer files with their up to date client information in the system
•	Co-ordinate the flow of information with other team members
