Government of Odisha

Built a software to manage Government of Odisha's Slum Upgradation project across the state. Trained users on ground to collect and report raw data. Built reports to help take decisions on project progress at the government level. Built self-reporting modules for stakeholders that helped upgrade the life of people in slums across Odisha with the aim of becoming a 0 slum state by 2022.

National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi

Built the world's first computerized sewing skill evaluation system for NIFT as a commercial research project under the aegis of Prof. Prabir Jana and Prof. Deepak Panghal, with my team at Cobold. 

Kept developing the system into a robust system currently being deployed in factories across the world to evaluate and report on operator efficiency and skills.

Janaagraha

Built Bala Janaagraha challenge portal for youth civic participation across India. 

Built a Volunteer management portal for Bala Janaagraha used for seamless communication across corporate volunteers, schools, students and the Janaagraha team.

Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP)

Built a part of BBMPs covid response portal, a world's first, that organised information at polling booth level and connected citizens with officials online. Launched by the government of Karnataka at blacares.in

Observer Research Foundation

Built a custom Conference management system for ORF that became the operating system for their team of 150. Everything from the guests check-ins to their flight schedule was managed on my software. 

Built an intranet software for ORF to manage employees, leave and travel, compensation and HR Documentation and communication within the team.

Build an Activity Monitor for reporting and appraisal evaluation of researchers at ORF.

Government of India

Built the "Google analytics" for Swachh Bharat Mission. Processed over 80M records, 25M users across 5000 cities to report the efficiency of government cleanliness programs across states. Used for Swachhta awards.

Himanshu is the founder of DashCX, a live chat and automation software that helps sales teams sell smarter, together, on WhatsApp. DashCX helps marketers bring high qualified leads to the business through Conversational Marketing. 

Himanshu has 12 years of experience being an entrepreneur, having studied design, communications & technology at NIFT. He has built high performance teams from scratch multiple times and delivered technology & design projects for the largest of clients including the Government of India, Government of Odisha, Government of Karnataka, many NGOs, Observer Research Foundation, HULT University, KPMG, NHRDN, CCL. 

He has also worked with numerous small and medium businesses helping them communicate better online and gain a competitive advantage in the fast changing world of technology. 

He serves as director/partner at Cobold Digital LLP, GLB International and EdgeCX Pvt Ltd. He is 35 and lives with his beautiful daughter and wife in Gurgaon.
