•	Member of the Life Events team within HR. One of two people responsible for onboarding around 400 graduates and interns each year in 2012 and 2013. 
•	Sent out communications to candidates, collected forms and documents, initiated and oversaw background screening cases, verified identification documents, checked DBS forms and often completed screening cases myself; attaining references, explanations for discrepancies and approvals from Corporate Security. 
•	Hired candidates on systems, made updates and liaised with business informing them of candidate’s onboarding status, hire date, ID numbers etc. 
•	Created and updated trackers on Excel for documents, background screening and degree grades. 
•	Created and completed electronic and hardcopy candidate files. 
•	Liaised with the Campus team to create, continuously improve and streamline the process. 
•	Recognised the need for a grade comparison tool. Took the initiative to research international university degree grade comparisons, whilst the tool to convert these was in the process of being designed. 
•	Liaised with NARIC (creators of an international degree grade conversion tool) to ensure our process timelines are synchronised. 
•	Liaised with screening company FADV to ensure screens are completed on time. 
•	Followed adjudications guidelines and worked with Corporate Security to minimise risks and declared due diligence to the Registrations team, before candidates were registered with the FCA.
