During my professional life, I gained extensive knowledge in the proper planning, & management of all aspects of the construction process from start to close-out stage, and ensuring that each project will be carried out as per the drawings & specifications, within the allocated budget and time, & in accordance with best construction industry practices & standards. Moreover, during the past 12+ years, an essential part of my duties was to manage contractual matters relating to cost and time issues, including variation orders, financial claims, time extensions, and disputes, all in accordance with the contracts requirements.
