For Pipe17, I consult with the Saas developers and their e-commerce customers on the best ways to implement their digital order flow and integration solution, identifying merchant pain points and helping with SME content marketing. I have been in charge of revenue operations for Pipe17 since 2020. I am NXT Level certified by the utilities for work in rebates and incentives, and have worked with the Department of Energy on a report about the energy savings potential of LED in horticultural applications.

HOMEWORK:
They have full order exports for 90 days showing weight, size and zip code along with other data regarding receiving volume and SKU counts. They have calculated current avg shipping costs and current costs of fulfillment and will be expecting very competitive shipping rates and warehouse fees. 

TIMING:
The current warehouse lease is up in March so we will be moving quickly on all of this. 

PRICING:
This will be an extremely competitive RFP considering the volume. We will limit the finalists to 5 3PLs in order to fully explore the opportunity.
