What am I responsible for
1. Own the Strategy, roadmap and execution Global Payroll and Benefits product suite, Global Infrastructure, Global Contract platform.
2. Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for a payroll product.
3. Develop a product roadmap and define the product vision, strategy, and goals.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, GTM, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful product development and launch.
