Summer Goralik is a seasoned real estate compliance consultant, keynote speaker, and advisor to state regulators with a background that spans law enforcement, regulatory oversight, and the private sector. She most recently served in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office as a Civilian Economic Crimes Investigator in the Real Estate Fraud Unit, supporting prosecutors and investigators on complex real estate cases. Previously, Summer worked as a Special Investigator at the California Bureau of Real Estate (now the Department of Real Estate), where she handled cases involving licensing violations, fraud, and regulatory noncompliance. Before entering public service, Summer worked in the escrow industry for nearly five years, gaining hands-on experience in both independent and broker-controlled escrow environments.
