Set Monthly, Quarterly target for the region.

Manage all resources assigned to the region effectively, profitably, meeting the needs of all existing and new prospects customers.

Take appropriate managerial action to ensure target are met or exceeded when routinely monitored sales, trend and profitability analysis, profit margin, Return on investment (ROI), market share and value.

Assist in managing the following operations at a regional level; Dealer appointment & orientation, dealers performance monitoring & measurement, dealers incentive/reward.

Executes strategies and plans for sales and distribution in the region for sustainable channel growth and development.

Executive the wholesale channel strategy in the region relationship building with channel partners, execution of loyalty programs.

Responsible for crafting and implementing a developmental and coaching programs for the regional sales team .

Participating in the proposal process, including budget, pricing and proposal development & client presentation.

Build distributors confidence on the products and services, and also, a strong relationship that will generate a sales opportunities.

Regional Sales Manager (Channel Distribution)

•	Generating Business for the Territory

•	Manage and develop trade infrastructure and channel of distribution, especially retailer, to ensure company dominance of retail in the territory.

•	Provide informal training in shops on products, services and promotions being run by marketing, channel and on the spot training of all listed outlets in the territory.

•	Monitor and report back on network quality and other sales impacting indices in the territory are covered.

•	In charge of all functions of territory; Sales support, Revenue and administration.

•	Ensure company's products availability in channel at all time , and provide weekly product availability report of all visited outlets during call cycles.

•	Monitor the completion of end-to-end sales process from the prospects customers to the revenue for the company.
