Manage end-to-end project deployment and effectively plan resource utilization and manpower deployment to ensure delivery of projects within time, cost, quality and budgetary parameters 
Define various cost effective processes and review existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficacy and achieving maximum cost savings.
Managing the Philips Equipment Install base in the neighbouring country of Srilanka effectively .
