It solved the problem of accessible communication and scheduling appointments with doctors 24/7. The SaaS solutions run on auto-pilot mode today.
 
Over the years, I have helped these businesses build SaaS Solutions: Vipicash AS, Inter-Nationals AS, Zyberia AS, Gamified AS, Get Grocery GmbH, nubit GmbH, ClarityTech UK, to name a few.

You will need to grow beyond undirected passion and figure out the ways of business. 

Your team, investors, collaborators, and your future self will be better off if you address this point.

If you are operating in a saturated market or a beginning to feel a plateau in your offering, consider working on the user experience. 

It is common in tech to work on big ideas that change the outcome or introduce new products altogether. 

However, if your product is still in need, you can retain and grow your market share by improving the process through which users attain your product. 

→  Raise the bar and stand out from your peers. 
→  Redesign the experience to reflect your value at every step of the user journey. 
→  Think about ways to curate the experience to better suit the users you currently have data on. 

Same outcome, different journey and a better one.

Thinking like an investor might be your biggest mistake as a founder.

Here’s what to do instead.

It is tempting to think like the person you are trying to attract (the investor). 

However, an investor's presence in a startup is limited.

Your goal should be to make sound decisions (technical and non-technical) that help your team serve the customers best. 

If you do that well, the investor will meet you along the journey. 

When they do, you need to be able to answer these three questions 👇

1️⃣Why you?
2️⃣Why now?
3️⃣Can you get customers?

The objective of a founder and the general leadership team is not the same as a fund that is looking for long term returns in different contexts. 

Know who and what you are, everything else will be an added benefit.

Amazon's cessation of their cashierless grocery expansion (launched in 2018), initially feared for job losses, ultimately revealed new employment opportunities beyond initial client and critic visibility.

Less Hysteria More Clarity

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝

What do I mean by that?

For too long, software platforms have had minimal commenting and dialogue features. 

The most we have been able to achieve with ease is the ability to concurrently work on the same platform in real time. 

However, crucial comments, notes, and dialogue is often relegated to the chat platform that each company chooses. 

The disconnect is still costing customers too much. 

So the next update should include intensive in-system commenting capability.

Why?

You will achieve quality documentation
You will be able to follow the dev’s rationale
You will have a logical approach to problem solving
You will open up the capacity to scale effectively

A home screen like all the others 

That should be the slogan for iOS 18

We are all having a little laugh at how late this featured has arrived on the Apple mobile phone. 

In a self-proclaimed "ambitious and compelling" update, "iOS 18 is expected to feature a more customizable Home Screen". 

As a startup founder, you want to takeaway one of two things:

1️⃣ Either you build a brand that is strong enough to withstand this level of ridicule.

2️⃣ Or master the art of catching up to the competition without highlighting how far back you have lagged. 

In the former, the Apple brand has the privilege of making this claim and retaining customers...in fact they might gain more. 

In the latter, they can proclaim a well-known disadvantage as a main feature of their update because it brings a sigh of relief to their base. 

When you build a formidable brand and standout products, trivial things can be worth celebrating 🤝

Every business reaches a stage of stagnation, but others dip into a phase where they are losing more than they are gaining. 

Whether it is due to a huge shift in the market or an internal crisis, having a leaky budget is not sustainable. 

As a founder, you might be tempted to manage the leak until you reach the next rest point or fill up point…

…But a leaky budget will still cost you, even as you add more to the bucket. 

So what should you do?

💡 Make sure that the team you have onboard can help you STOP the leak.

💡 Gather as many patches as possible and block the holes, even if the solution is temporary. 

💡 Rid your process of anything that is not necessary and costly.  

💡 Find people who have fixed your kind of problem and build long term solutions that will keep you in business and earn you a spot in the future. 

There is absolutely no need to panic. Others have done it, and with their help you can too.
