With over 16 years of experience in the CPG industry, I am a data science leader with a passion for driving business value through data strategy and innovation. I hold a M.S. in Data Science from Northwestern University and a certification in collaborative marketing. As the Sr. Director of Data & Analytics, D&T, North America at Diageo, I lead the analytical maturity assessment and the development of business intelligence strategies across the region. I also collaborate with the advanced analytics and MLops teams to create and test proof-of-concept models that address business hypotheses at speed. Additionally, I synthesize and prioritize data demands from various functions and ensure data quality and governance standards are met.
