• Responsible for large-scale production of enzyme in bacterial system (40L) by independently carrying out upstream and downstream processes to obtain a consistent and high-quality reliable supply of enzymes for company's product development initiatives and customer's orders
• Executed optimized methods for the expression and purification processes by screening for different process parameters to maximize the yield of enzyme production 
• In charge of laboratory inventory and operated lab equipments, ensuring the appropriate amount and maintenance of chemicals and consumables necessary to seamlessly support and enhance a wide spectrum of laboratory activities
• Accurately record experimental data and create reports detailing the undertaken work, including writing and validating SOPs covering initial analysis and conclusions to serve as a framework for subsequent discussion and research

Scientist - Biology

• The project is under the supervision of Dr Michael Thomas and Dr Jack Jeffries
• The project aims to develop a new high throughput screening platform employing cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS) system to express small-scale of enzymes towards the large-scale of enzymatic libraries by reconfiguring the format of classical plate-based approaches with reagents in microwells into porous matrix (Nitrocellulose membrane) environments
• Performed enzyme expression using cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS), Protein characterization of CFPS product (Bradford, SDS-PAGE analysis, Dot Blot), Improved the production of enzyme using molecular cloning (restriction enzyme) to clone gene producing Transaminase to higher efficiency plasmid, Improved the protein yields of the system using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Tested the performance of enzyme through colorimetric assays for enzymes produced in CFPS in 96- and 384-well format using Opentrons operation.
• Analysed by colorimetry the concentration of coloured molecules using ImageJ. Proficient in Microsoft excel in data analysis and Prism to create data visualizations.

Master Research Project

Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University

• Trained on the project titled "The effect of GRP78 inhibitors on Flavivirus infection and replication", Worked in the area of Molecular Pathology focusing on the Zika virus projects
• Provided supports for conducting experiments with various techniques, assisted and collaborated with a multitude of tasks such as preparing solutions, gathering, and analyzing information 
• Operated works and practices for biological materials at BSL-2+, received appropriate training in handling pathogenic agents to minimize exposures to personnel and the environment
• Assisted with a multitude of tasks including preparing solutions or gathering and analyzing information with researchers and PhD students, shadowed all the laboratory processes from various projects

• The project aims to characterize high-resolution cryo-EM image processing of yeast R2-TTT complex in RELION3.1 to understand the substantial reconstructions, molecular mechanism and processes on various sub-cellular signaling
• Assembled the complex of R2-TTT CryoEM data collection on the particles using Linux operating system. Using RELION3.1 to perform particle picking, 2D classification, initial model generation, 3D classification, and 3D refinement of the data to determine a model of this complex at better than 1 nanometer resolution
• Wrote a 4,500-word final report and delivered an eight-minute presentation to life science cohorts and 3 tutors, received 78% of presentation assessment
• Received First-Class mark with an 80%
