Business Developer 

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania

⁃ Cooperated with the ambassadors, diplomats, and HR staff of the Ministry
⁃ Guided the team through the Design Thinking Method principles and their practical application
⁃ Consulted with the organization on the matter of maintaining the efficiency of the international employee rotation cycle. 

Our goal was to assist the Ministry in reshaping the "status quo" of the employee rotation. With the support of Ministry workers, we investigated the topic using the internal data, analyzed the alternative instances, and conducted the session of interviews and focus group meetups. Finally, we modeled the solution that is available for the implementation.

⁃  Led an international and multicultural team of 7 people using the Agile management framework. 
⁃ Successfully solved the issue of automating the process of drafting employment contracts. 
⁃ Managed the collaboration between the SMART unit, the university, and the company.

In large-scale multinational enterprises, manual work can make or break it. The process of drafting contracts was a big issue for the organization. Under my guidance, our team brought an easily-implementable solution and proposed alternative approaches for long-term efficiency.

⁃ Took part in the weekly board sessions.
⁃ Organized and hosted the IFSA Talk session - available on Youtube.
⁃ Represented the interests of the VU SIF organization.

⁃ Conducted an in-depth analysis of the low employee engagement in the organization.
⁃ Used the Design Thinking Method for the solution's creation.
⁃ Reshaped the positioning of employee benefits to improve satisfaction and retention.

Our goal was to increase the perceived value of the motivational perks in the organization. As a result, we configured the prototype of a new and interactive online marketplace of employee perks. 

My responsibilities were: conducting research with the employees, tracking the progress with the coordinator, and hosting all the presentations.

SMART Internship Trainee

⁃ Created an online prototype to enhance employer branding and PR.
⁃ Cooperated with the representatives of EY. 
⁃ Directed the UI/UX team according to the conditions of the board of representatives.

Our team was creating the solution to the issue of hiring new talents. After the investigation, our team developed the prototype of a gamified career stimulation to gather the attention of potential employees. 

I was responsible for the team's work presentations, communication with the company's representatives, and the supervision of the design process.
