Married to my best friend for the past 24 years and have 3 awesome daughters. I am most proud of my family. My background is pretty diverse. I have been a manager at Starbucks, managed a credit union, and in college I got to work at my step dads company. He owns a rock crushing business and I was a ground man. I've been in sales my whole life. And I am excited to work for a company that lives it's values. Now I get to help construction companies enhance their training to save money and increase employee retention. 🛠 **What I do best:** * Building processes, templates, and playbooks * Helping companies invest in their teams * Making work fun 🌱 **Outside of work?** I’m a beginner gardener learning one plant at a time—and currently proud of not killing my tomatoes. I also started delivering pizzas as a side hustle to get out of the house, stay active, and meet people IRL. It’s surprisingly therapeutic (and way better than doom-scrolling)
