Mawared was founded in Turkey in mid-2020 depends 100% on working remotely, we are a team of 8 members from different 4 countries.

Mawared provided its services to more than 80 companies inside and outside Turkey, and we provided more than 900
hours of specialized consultancy

The specialized content we provide on our platforms has reached more than 1 million people over the past two years

At the beginning of 2022, we launched “Mawared” platform, which is considered the first Arab recruitment and career
guidance platform, and a digital link between job seekers and company owners, and a guide to career development
It includes professional, updated and diverse Arabic content that includes more than 200 articles and guides in human resources, and many ready-to-use templates and job descriptions that serve HR officials

In less than six months, the platform topped the first pages in the Google search results in most of the keywords related to human resources. Now we have more than 100 registered companies and more than 4,000 job seekers in "Mawared" platform.

In my capacity as founder and project manager, I visit Turkish companies and factories and provide special offers as well as participation in all relevant fairs, conferences and seminars
