Born and raised in Delhi, India, my journey took a pivotal turn in 2017 when I moved to the U.S. to pursue my master’s degree. My career began in 2019 as a Data Scientist, where I built predictive models for demand forecasting that improved accuracy by 10%, ensuring more patients received their medicines on time.

At ZS Associates, I advanced my data and AI expertise by developing AI strategies to support new drug launches and creating tools to extract insights from large prescription datasets.

Seeking new challenges, I transitioned into the financial services sector at Morgan Stanley. I built a large-scale omnichannel personalization engine there, driving a 6X increase in net asset growth. I also patented an innovative testing strategy for measuring personalization engine performance. Additionally, I launched a Data Science apprenticeship program that expanded data science literacy among product managers and fostered cross-functional collaboration.

Now, I’m a Data and AI Solutions Architect at Microsoft, designing and building AI solutions for major financial institutions on Azure. I also serve as a technical advisor and evangelist for cutting-edge Generative AI technologies.

Outside of work, I’m actively involved in several initiatives:

3. Speaker at 40+ national and international events

I learned the ability to learn.

The ability to stay adaptable when everything around me is changing.

1. I took stretch assignments directly aligned with the skills I wanted to grow.
2. I volunteered my time on projects outside my core role to learn what my day job couldn’t teach me.

In the GenAI era, the ability to learn isn’t a skill; it’s a superpower.

LinkedIn has given me much more than jobs 

It introduced me to these two spectacular women. Jayeeta Putatunda and Pooja Upadhyay  

I met both of them right here on LinkedIn. We slid into each others DMs, realized we are practically neighbors and the journey began. 


All three of us are Type A, perfectionists to the core, and ridiculously passionate about what we do. The kind of people who set high standards, chase big goals, and still find time to laugh about the chaos.

What started as simple conversations on a professional platform turned into something I never expected, a genuine, grounded, ambitious little tribe.

Eternally grateful for them in my life as sounding boards and constant support system.

4 switches. 7 years. 1 promotion. But the past 18 months have taught me this, its not just AI, its beyond it: 

Working in Gen AI has pushed me harder than ever before. 
There were days I felt the pressure. I am learning something new everyday. 
I have felt inadequate almost every day. 

But looking back, I can say this with confidence: 

Diamonds are indeed made under pressure. This experience has shaped me like never before. 

So if you’re just starting your GenAI journey and feel overwhelmed: 
Take that pressure as a privilege.
It means you’re moving in the right direction.

The first time I tried to break into GenAI, I got shut down. Here is what happened:

I wanted to break into GenAI. I pitched an AI project to my then-manager, and he wasn't convinced. 

I started looking outside and found Delta Analytics. I volunteered and built one of the first GenAI projects using BERT. 

That one project?
 1. Opened doors to FAANG interviews
 2. Gave me hands-on experience before GenAI was “hot.”

Here’s a story I don’t talk about often, but it changed the entire trajectory of my career.

A few years ago, a sister team was looking for extra ML talent. I was on the product side. But I raised my hand anyway.

I got the project. I didn’t take a Christmas break that year. I spent my holidays debugging models and learning skills completely outside my role.

Was it frustrating? Yes.

But looking back, that became the biggest unlock of my career. It opened doors to FAANG interviews and built the foundation for my GenAI work. It taught me skills my day job never would have.

The stretch isn’t meant to feel easy; it’s meant to elevate you.

I’ve found a goldmine for learning AI Agents, and I have to share it.


Just finished AI Agents in Practice by our very own Valentina Alto, and it’s easily one of the most practical resources I’ve come across.

This book takes you from the basics of what an agent is to building a multi-agent system, with real, hands-on examples.

My favorite part? Despite not having used LangChain before, the book guided me through it with step-by-step code and just-enough explanations.

If you're looking to deepen your understanding of agents, this one is absolutely worth your time.
