I offer the unique combination of natural selling abilities, engineering aptitude and business acumen. I’ve worked closely with marketing and engineering in real and meaningful ways, while shadowing sales and being powerfully mentored by sales leaders. I will be the first non-engineer in my family in nearly a century. I did minor in biomedical engineering and definitely have engineering in my DNA. However, I feel that I share many of the attributes of successful salespeople I know. We are resilient, competitive and always seeking personal and professional improvement. I have been told no so many times, and so many times I have gotten the win when I refused to listen. This is the greatest feeling in the world, and it is a feeling I want to be a large part of my career. It doesn’t hurt that many cutting edge sales opportunities require selling as an engineered process. My areas of interest include software, social media, high tech/technology and medical devices.
