My purpose in life is to dream, create, lead, inspire, blaze a trail, champion what’s right, and show others what’s possible when we embrace our authenticity and values. My goal is to transform ideas into impactful and innovative solutions that make a difference in the world. As the founder and executive director of iDEIntity, a nonprofit startup that helps small businesses and startups to effectively manage their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, I am passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and innovators from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. I create and curate online content and resources on DEI best practices and trends. My entrepreneurial journey also includes hosting, writing, and creating the Purposeful Professional Podcast, a platform that features inspirational, authentic, and uplifting stories and insights from professionals who have infused a sense of purpose into their careers. Additionally, I founded and manage a small community for women of color who are interested in or pursuing entrepreneurship, where I facilitate networking, learning, and support opportunities.
