Our team was responsible for User Interface (UI) enhancement and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), playing a key role in improving site usability and overall performance.

Our contributions included:
- Enhancing usability and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensuring W3C standards compliance
- Resolving hundreds of crawler and indexing errors

InnRoad is a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) hotel management solution that unifies property management, global distribution, booking engines, and marketing tools into one seamless platform. Designed specifically for independent hotels, small chains, and hotel management companies, InnRoad simplifies operations while maximizing visibility and bookings.

My primary role involved integrating and customizing InnRoad’s booking engine widget into client websites. The core challenge was adapting the raw booking engine to match each client’s unique website design, ensuring a consistent look and feel across various platforms.

Originally, the widget had limited compatibility. I significantly extended its flexibility by making it compatible with multiple platforms including PHP websites, Joomla, WordPress, MODx, and other popular CMS platforms. This improvement streamlined the integration process for hotels with diverse tech stacks, contributing to increased client onboarding and user satisfaction.

Additionally, we offered a reseller package through Speak Light (Light CMS). For select clients, I not only integrated the booking widget but also designed and developed full websites within the Light CMS environment, delivering a complete and cohesive digital experience tailored to each property.

These efforts played a vital role in enhancing InnRoad’s product adaptability and expanding its client base across the hospitality industry.

InnoCore Solutions, Inc.

We provided 24/7 support for two major websites — Netgear and HTC Mobile.
For Netgear, we managed a load-balanced environment with two servers, performing regular tasks such as server restarts, garbage cleaning, and issue resolution. Additionally, I worked on the marketing module UI, creating DIV-based layouts with external CSS to ensure a clean and responsive design.

For HTC Mobile, built on Ektron CMS, our responsibilities included updating homepage banner images (called "sushi boats"), mobile product visuals, software specs, general specifications, and FAQs.

We also contributed to award-winning and high-impact projects:
CampusFederal.org: A financial services website for which I developed the complete front-end. Built a fully table-less (DIV-based) layout using W3C-compliant external CSS, and resolved browser compatibility issues. This site received the Web 2009 Award.

Fraxel.com: A healthcare domain site, where I handled all UI development and content updates to ensure consistent user experience.

Converted over 50 PSD designs to HTML/CSS, following responsive design and SEO-friendly standards.

Additionally, we supported PAGE Institutions (Hyderabad), an educational academy offering IIT-JEE, AIEEE, and BITSAT coaching. Each division had a separate website built on Joomla CMS, and we managed regular updates and maintenance across all portals.
