- Scoped, Designed and Implemented multiple Document Management and Information Capture projects.
- Produced technical requirements from business case and scope of work to ensure developed solutions are closely aligned with customer demands.
- Managed the pre-sales activities, which includes technical consultation, RFI/RFP responses, competitor analysis and technical presentations.
- Handled the product demonstration of all of our products (Both hardware and software).
