With a concentration in products liability, mass tort, and toxic tort litigation, she represents a broad range of clients in asbestos product liability cases, including premise owners and the manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of a wide variety of products. Susan coordinates defense strategy management directly with clients and national counsel, and is involved with client case management. 

Susan has worked extensively at all stages of litigation, including:

Prior to her work in the products liability and toxic tort arena, she worked for years doing environmental and Prop 65 work, as well as general civil litigation.

•Trial counsel for contractor defendant in asbestosis case where plaintiff claimed exposure based on work performed by defendant.  Defense verdict for client after six week jury trial.  

•Trial counsel for product manufacturer in living mesothelioma case where plaintiff claimed exposure due to work with defendant's products.  Defense verdict after six week jury trial.
