I am a coach with a background in peacebuilding and I help people with a passion for peace, sustainability, and social justice to thrive in their work. I am a certified conflict consultant and coach according to A.T.C.C. (Group Relation, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Counselling, Systemic Constellations, fears and needs in conflicts, aggression and violence in conflict, behavioural patterns, leadership in social organisations, biography work, power spaces). I have extensive work experience in individual coaching, leadership coaching, team development processes, group facilitation, and conflict management workshops. I have a PhD from the Department of Peace Studies of the University of Bradford (U.K.), and did extensive research on violence and public security in Central America. I have lived and worked in Germany, the U.K., El Salvador, and Honduras. As a researcher, I have worked with academics and practitioners from numerous countries, including Pakistan, South Africa, Argentina, and Northern Ireland.
