As the Owner/Manager my job description depends on the day and what is required to get done at that moment.  I wear a few hats but I mostly work in the capacity of a combination of Recruiter/Business Development and .......everything else in between. We are a team of professional and friendly recruiters that I am proud to say genuinely care about our clients and candidates. This position was what introduced me to the world of staffing.  I started here as the E.A. to the Owner of the Alberta Franchise when he first opened up here.  As the business grew and more stores were added throughout the province, a need was required in the Human Resource/Recruiting area.  My position evolved from administrative and dealing with the shops on a daily basis to hiring the store managers and assisting them with hiring their team.  After dealing with fun and crazy creative types I thought it might be interesting to go into more of the corporate world.
