Present A tenacious property professional with a decade of extensive experience in a wide range of property sales, from listed country manor houses through to understanding new construction. An individual passionate about architecture, bringing both a creative and ambitious mindset, to successfully selling property with grit, artistry, and integrity. Accomplished through the ability to develop robust client relationships and partnerships. Using the experience of working with HNW clients, of working on a construction site, through to the most vulnerable in society. Balancing empathy with an astute understanding of business goals. Propelling me to this point studying “Sustainable Real Estate: Creating a Better Built Environment,” with Cambridge University. A provocative course, also learning from other global real estate delegates. This ignited the aspiration to promote great sustainable design within real estate. Achieved by working directly with developers in new construction, or through highlighting the attributes of a repurposed/reused building conversion for inspired living space. Now, as an agent of change in partnership with the ‘trailblazing’ Nest Seekers International, working with their belief in the “power of ideas” and ‘” innovation.” Endorsing their passion for bespoke client care and drive for developing both local and international lasting relationships. Excited also, to be part of such a diverse global team. Fuelled personally by the opportunity to promote luxury sustainable design at its best. Prior to a decade in property sales, the foundations for business were built in Fashion Styling for magazines, Art, and Choreography, much of which explored city architectural space and social inclusion. The choreographic work included London based performances at The Place, Tate Modern, The Royal Festival Hall, Whitechapel Gallery, Channel Four Television and Modern Art Oxford. Worked alongside the UK's award-winning choreographers, Siobhan Davies Dance Company, Rambert Dance Company, and Birmingham Royal Ballet to extend professional dance training for all. This period saw the single handed raising of funds during the recession of 2008 to extend arts access through building collaborative partnerships in New York and the UK. Including working with Modern Art New York and the Metropolitan Museum. Well positioned to sell within an evolving market where many developers are working with the fusion of art within an urban setting and the narrative of placemaking and where sustainability will take an increasing effect.
