•	Drove Prime Day 2016 for Fire TV, including forecasting and onsite merchandising strategy. Fire TV Stick was the top-selling Prime Day product and set sales records globally.  
•	Grew Fire TV’s penetration in the 18-24 demographic by developing a targeted marketing program for that segment. Identified opportunity, partnered with market research team to develop a segmentation framework, launched integrated marketing program and developed a detailed executional plan and measurement methodology. 
•	Drove brief and strategy for award-winning Fire TV Showhole campaign. Campaign performed well above Amazon revenue benchmarks and improved Fire TV consideration and familiarity in the target demographic.

•	Developed monthly social reporting. Created scorecard framework for digital campaign measurement.
•	Onboarded social media as a customer service channel, scaling a workflow model that allowed reps to respond to 1,000+ posts monthly. 
•	Created annual campaign encouraging consumers to Dress Like Flo for Halloween. Worked with a costume manufacturer to license the official Flo costume, developed social media content strategy, and leveraged successful partnerships with YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram influencers. •	Secured budget for and onboarded Arnold Worldwide to develop and execute creative for digital/social marketing campaigns, including video content, social games like progressive.com/RocketCat, and more. Managed agency team, budget and hours. 
•	Developed creative strategy for pilot media buys with Facebook, Twitter, EA Social Games, Zynga, Shazam and more. 
•	Managed budgets for and relationships with social media monitoring and measurement tool vendors.
•	Ongoing management of Progressive’s social channels, including seven Facebook pages, four Twitter accounts and YouTube channel.
