•Owned the end to end product strategy (MVP to enhancement) to grow adoption from 0% to over 50% (over 80k new talent added to database) of sourced talent in  our web app 4 months post-launch
•Implemented continuous discovery to highlight opportunities for UX improvement, prioritizing as needed
•Integrated product with key systems (CMS, Airtable) to reduce recruiting efforts by 10x

•Managed the planning and execution to build CI/CD into framework to meet stakeholder needs
•Researched and planned migration to Next.js to modernize tech stack and enable key functionality

Product Manager - Engineering Enablement

DriveUp & Pickup Experience (B2C mobile-app for guests to place and pickup their orders)
•Managed and executed testing of all new features and functionality from v1 to v12 of the Target mobile app’s DriveUp/Pickup experience
•Conducted extensive iOS and Android testing including API testing
•Championed “voice-of-the-customer” user insights research to measure increase in sentiment over key UX friction points
•Collaborated and pitched new key feature to ensure contactless pick up experience during the pandemic

Sr Engineer (QA) -Drive Up & Order Pickup

In my fellowship, I am tasked with modernizing a key data set that Supply Chain relies on for accurate inventory allocation and timely delivery to stores. This effort involves a new service which services this data to a UI, which allows for immediate access to up-to-date information, and the ability to update values as needed.

My core responsibilities were:
•	Discovery sessions between stakeholders, backend engineers, UI engineers and acting as the UX designer 
•	User story mapping and persona definition
•	Requirements gathering from stakeholders
•	Epic creation and story tickets for services and UI
•	Work cross-functionally between key partner groups to ensure alignment across teams
•	Understanding future needs from stakeholders to develop Product Roadmap
