• Managed $30MM seismic retrofit of facility, evaluated alternatives at a supply chain level and executed short-term seismic risk mitigation work while developing 5-yr plan for building retrofit.
• Completed energy efficiency project which reduced costs by 60% or $750k/yr
• Worked closely with Procurement to sign labor and materials suppliers’ contracts

•	Constructed sour water monitoring tool which enabled the refinery to achieve record low sour water inventory  
•	Evaluated benefits of replacing REAC water injection nozzles; found savings of $430K/year
•	Validated accuracy of leak estimation tool, to be distributed to Chevron refineries worldwide
•	Edited TKN heat exchanger PMO to include 5 years of data, helping engineers see exchanger performance over entire runtime between turnarounds

I am returning to work after a brief break during which I enjoyed an extended maternity leave and launched a passion project in adventure travel.  These endeavors have sharpened my time management skills, defined and intensified my motivations, and helped me appreciate the joys and pains of running my own business. 

I am a collaborative leader with broad experience in SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, Supply Chain & Logistics, ESG, Manufacturing & Oil, leading teams to resolve a wide variety of unstructured business issues.

I work for what I believe in.  I believe in creating an environment where a good attitude gets rewarded and good work gets promoted.  I believe in being my whole self at work and allowing my coworkers to be the same.
