Words matter. Behind every blog post, case study, ebook, landing page, customer story, perspective paper, and email is a considerable (though not necessarily visible) effort — a lot of content marketing, copywriting, and editorial work is. And it all starts with a well-designed, repeatable process. I bring an inquisitive, inclusive, and creative approach to my content marketing, copy and content writing, and editorial practice. At companies like Blueboard, CallRail, Beekeeper, Envoy, and Loom I've produced and managed engaging, high-performing content of all forms and funnel stages. I’ve created a workplace experience podcast, founded a queer employee resource group, established cross-functional content programs, hired and managed freelance writers, and written and edited countless pages of high-impact content. Before pivoting into tech, I worked in the arts (mostly non-profit) for over a decade: first as a photographer after graduating from UC Santa Cruz, and then as a curator, exhibition and interpretation manager, and program director after earning a curatorial practice MA (the study and practice of exhibition making) from the California College of the Arts. Whether curating an exhibition or building a content marketing program from the ground up — I thrive on cultivating meaningful partnerships and scalable, low-friction frameworks. Informed by and in the spirit of my commitment to experimentation and exploration I work hard to create compelling stories that center diverse voices and perspectives and quality, brand-defining content that delivers actionable takeaways and centers and builds trust with the target audience. Intentional, collaborative tactics that call people in, maximize resource investment, and involve original research and data are my signature strengths embedded in everything I do.
