For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to coaching CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leaders, helping them unlock their full potential in both leadership and life. I’ve coached thousands of leaders across nearly every industry, and while I’m often hired to keynote or lead executive offsites, my true passion lies in the one-on-one work. Supporting the world’s top leaders is not just what I do—it’s what I love. Leading at the top is lonely, demanding, and often exhausting. Few people understand the weight of the decisions you make or the complexity of the challenges you face. That’s why I care deeply about not just the professional success of my clients, but also their life experience and fulfillment. My mission is to help them navigate the isolation and pressures of leadership with greater clarity, balance, and confidence. Through personalized coaching, I provide a space where leaders can talk about what it’s really like to be in their shoes. I help them identify the small shifts that lead to big impacts—both in their leadership and in their overall well-being. My clients gain deeper self-awareness, mastery over their leadership, and the ability to lead in a way that enhances both their personal satisfaction and their organization’s success. I am a Certified Coach and hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from UBC, a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Consulting/Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University, and a Diploma in Technology from BCIT. I also completed Landmark Forum, Advanced Negotiation, Singularity University’s Executive Program, and Peter Diamandis' year-long mastermind cohort Abundance 360, focused on learning exponential technologies. I have a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition, I am certified in The Leadership Circle Profile 360, and I am a member of the Forbes Council. On a personal note, I’m a wife, a mother of two, and a lifelong learner in neuroscience, meditation, and yoga, all of which fuel my passion for supporting leaders at the highest levels.
