With 24 years of experience, I specialize in supporting CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leaders, to lead well in the face of uncertainty and change. Having worked with thousands of leaders across most industries, my focus is on helping top executives to navigate the complexities of leadership, enhance their personal well-being, and achieve their definition of success. Although I’m often hired to keynote or design and lead executive offsites, my true passion lies in one-on-one coaching. I understand that leadership at the highest levels is demanding, exhausting, and often lonely. The decisions you make, and the pressures you face, are unique—few people truly understand or fully appreciate all that you carry. I hold a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Consulting/Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UBC, and a Diploma in Technology from BCIT. I’m certified in The Leadership Circle Profile 360 and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. I’ve also completed several advanced programs, including Landmark Forum, Advanced Negotiation, Singularity University’s Executive Program, and Peter Diamandis’ Abundance 360 mastermind. Additionally, I’m certified in Plant-Based Nutrition.
