After 18 years in Executive positions in Change enhanced by 13 years of management consulting, with both a top consulting practice as well as my own company, LifeProjects - Change is my middle initial. Having grown up in Germany, the UK and the US, and having been the first woman in an international management team, managing teams in Germany, Austria, the UK and Italy, I embody diversity and bring this mindset of integrating manifold perspectives into all my projects and coachings. On the personal side - ten years ago I saved a non-rideable horse, Grace, who has become my best growth coach and my deerest passion as we walk through pastures and woods enjoying the full extent of nature’s annual change.
