With over 30 years of experience in leading, influencing, and mobilizing for social change, I am a catalyst, coach, and change maker who believes in the power of communication, collaboration, and innovation. I offer a range of services and solutions to individuals and organizations who share my passion for creating positive and sustainable change in the world, especially in the areas of maternal and child health, community empowerment, and gender equality. As an ICF member coach, certified facilitator in the Lego® Serious Play® method and human centered design, I use engaging and creative approaches to help my clients co-create their vision, strategy, and action plans. I also provide coaching and mentoring to support them in achieving their goals and overcoming their challenges. I draw on my extensive and diverse experience as a former senior leader and communication specialist at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, UNICEF, WHO, and the BBC, where I successfully led and delivered impactful initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships at global, regional, and country levels.
