My clients have achieved big goals in recent months. What these Owners/CEOs have in common is they all had problems or needs on their critical path and asked for my help. I’m delighted to share these results. Working ON the business One Owner wanted to stop being physcially hands on with every client. She trained one of her associates to be a Team lead. Clients have raved, and now other associates are eager to be Team Leads too. This is the epitome of transitioning from working in the business to working ON the business. Unexpected Revenue Another Owner freed up 15 hours per week once I advised and coached a few of his associates to do discovery calls and write proposals. He’s using this time to reconnect with previous clients. Quite a few of those calls led to new contracts. As he said: “This is revenue we never would have gotten if I hadn’t called. They knew they had issues we could help with, but they didn’t call. When I did, they were thrilled. It was a relief!” Fewer clients, more revenue A CPA was fed up with the toll of tax season. Too much work, too little time, not enough money. He followed my advice to invite his great fit clients to consider his advisory capabilities for an annual fee. He would go into financial strategy, estate planning, and succession planning. He reduced his tax return clientele by 46% this summer. Appealing to high value clients A training company Owner accumluated tons of expertise and used my help to drop her low-end offers. Her revised marketing collateral attracts higher revenue companies. Her newest clients are in the $100m revenue sphere, up from $10-25 million. Plunging into IMPACT Based Pricing and rising to the top A sole practioner lawyer took a deep breath and committed to a niche: small property owners in his region. He can talk with them about impacts, not inputs, and they trust that he’s got their best interests at heart. He took the plunge into IMPACT Based Pricing, including unlimited access to him! Guess what? His clients are too busy with their own work to waste his time. Although there are no charges for phones calls, long or short, he hardly hears from anyone. They call when they need him, and he spends as much time as they need. My role with these clients is first, observing their practices; second defining a goal or two; third, supporting them as they make choices and changes. Most often they are too close to see what I can see. And that makes all the difference. If you’re stuck on your critical path by a problem or issue, I may be able to help. Smply send a DM to get started.
